Help : How to renew your subscription with Clickprimary
Please use the information below to find answers to any queries that you might have about subscribing to Clickprimary and using our teaching resources. If you cannot find the information that you need then please contact us so that we can help further.
If you have signed up for a Clickprimary standard account then your subscription will automatically expire after thirty days. Standard accounts allow you to access some of our schemes of work, lesson plans, activity worksheets and interactive presentations for free. If you no longer wish to use your standard subscription then you can use the link in the help section to close the account or please contact us for help.
If you have signed up for a Clickprimary plus annual account then your subscription will expire after one year. Your account will not be automatically renewed. If you wish to continue with your plus annual account then you will need to extend the subscription for a further year by choosing the correct option in your account. If you haven’t extended your subscription before your account then expires then you will no longer be able to access the teaching resources.
