Help : How to remove your personal information from Clickprimary
We remove all account information about your order and download from the website around seven days after the payment has been processed. This is to ensure that your information is not held on the website any longer than is necessary. Your information will then be archived offline on an encrypted device for a period of seven years to comply with tax laws.
If you would like your information removed from the website before the seven day window then please contact us so that we can help. Once completed all of your personal information will be deleted from the website. Our payment provide will still keep a record of your order in their systems so that it can be used if their is a problem with your order or payment in the future and to comply with tax laws.
If you like a copy of the information that we hold about your orders then please contact us and we will email you the required details within thirty days.
