Please use the information below to find answers to any queries that you might have about subscribing to Clickprimary and using our teaching resources. If you cannot find the information that you need then please contact us so that we can help further.
If you no longer wish to use Clickprimary then please complete the form below to request that your account is closed. Once your request has been processed then your account will be closed immediately and you will not have any further access to the teaching resources. We will not be able to provide any refund for the remaining time left on a paid subscription to Clickprimary. All of your information will be deleted from the website but we will still keep a record of your subscription payments for a period of seven years on an encrypted device stored securely offline to comply with tax laws.
