Help : How to buy and download a primary teaching pack
Once you have selected a scheme of work, lesson plan or teaching pack that you wish to buy then click on the click here to buy the teaching pack button to make a payment securely via Stripe using your credit or debit card. Stripe use update and secure technologies to process your payment. Your order and details will be securely protected using their payment pages and system
After clicking the buy button you can proceed straight to the checkout or you can continue browsing the resource libraries to choose other teaching packs to add to your cart. Click the checkout button on the menu when you are ready to purchase the teaching packs that you have selected. Your credit or debit card information will only be used for the payment of the teaching packs that you have selected to purchase. When making your payment using Stripe you might be asked to provide a one time password code sent to your by your bank or card provider to ensure that your personal and financial information remain protected and secure.
After making payment you will be re-directed back to a receipt page on Clickprimary. You can print this page to keep a copy of your receipt. There is a download link on this page which you can use to access the digital teaching file that you have purchased. You will also be sent an email message to the address you entered when paying which contains details of your purchase and a copy of the download link for the digital teaching file that you purchased.
You can only download the digital teaching file a maximum of five times. The download file link will expire after forty-eight hours. If you fail to download the digital teaching file before it expires then please contact us or use the retrieve order form to request a new copy of the scheme of work, lesson plan or teaching pack.
