Literacy : Missing Letters CVC Words
This example teaching resource is part of our literacy teaching pack to teach the children about spelling cvc words with short vowel sounds for Reception aged children in the Foundation Stage. The children can identify words with the short vowel sound a and practise adding the vowel letter a to complete different cvc words. The class can add illustrations to show the meaning of each word that they have built.

Numeracy : Animal Measurements
This example teaching resource is part of our numeracy teaching pack to teach the children about comparing measurements for for Reception aged children in the Foundation Stage. The children can identify and match sets of statements to describe the height, mass, size and length of different animals. The class can practise using the correct vocabulary to describe measurements.
